Ouch...

It's been kind of a rough week. I "popped" something in my LEFT foot on Monday evening. It was really sore all week. With my plantar facisitis in my RIGHT foot, and this new problem in my LEFT foot...I was kind of a mess. By Thursday morning I could barely get out of bed because of the pain. So, Friday I went to the chiropractor. I was really worried that I might have a stress fracture, but apparently it was just a jammed big toe. He adjusted my feet and hopefully fixed the problem, but I am still VERY sore. He also worked on the heel in my RIGHT foot...and that hurt so bad! At one point he told me that it would be ok if I screamed...because apparently that is common with what he was doing to me. OUCH!

So, we'll see if it all gets better soon. I still walked my 4 miles yesterday, but I probably should have rested...cause I felt every step. I'll keep you posted.
